The ovens of the series "DV" are designed for baking pizzas. The stove is very hard-wearing and robust, because it is made of a vibrating material and with very thick walls. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. Furthermore, the chamber remains very heat resistant and is therefore very economical.
The pizza oven is operated by wood and is by the dome shape and specially used multi-layer insulation layers, which are made of high quality materials, very economical and keeps the heat in an optimal baking temperature. For the use of the wood chamber, an extra gap is attached to the front and is separated from the dome. Under the fireplace is a grid attached, which has two functions. On the one hand, the gap serves as an air supply and on the other hand, the ash falls through the grid, thus facilitating the cleaning.
By using wood, the baked pizzas take on a slightly woody note and get a good color from the direct heat.
