The pizza ovens of the series "GR" are operated with gas. Thanks to the dome shape, the heat remains stable and spreads in the chamber, making the pizzas more evenly baked and taking on a beautiful color. This is supported by the rotatable baking surface, which can also be infinitely adjusted in speed. The baking surface can rotate in two directions and is easy to adjust. In addition, working conditions can be improved and productivity increased because a shovel with a short handle can be used.
The constant heat of the baking surface is provided by a circulating fan, which is powered by electricity. This does not cool down the baking surface even during high-speed operation, thus ensuring consistently high productivity.
The stove is made of refractory materials. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. Furthermore, the chamber remains very heat resistant and is therefore very economical.
The performance of the gas burner can be regulated by an electrical modulator from 5 to 100 percent.
