The pizza ovens of the series "GR" are operated with gas. Due to the dome shape the pizzas bake more evenly and take on a nice color. The baking surface is rotatable and steplessly adjustable in speed. In addition, the direction of rotation can be easily changed. Constant heat of the baking surface is provided by a gas burner, which guarantees a uniform baking of the pizzas, even at high temperatures. Using a short-handled bucket improves working conditions and increases productivity.
The stove is made of a refractory material. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. Furthermore, the chamber remains very heat resistant and is therefore very economical.
