This model is a combination device, which is intended on the one hand for baking pizzas and on the other hand for grilling.
For the use of the wood chamber, an extra gap is attached to the front and the fireplace is on the same level with the baking surface. As a result, the baked pizzas absorb the smoke of the wood, giving it a slightly smoky taste. Under the fireplace is a grid attached, which provides two functions. On the one hand it serves as an air supply and on the other hand it is very helpful for the disposal of the ashes. Under the grate is an ash container, which catches the ashes, making cleaning a real breeze.
For the barbecue area, there is a separate gap at the front. There are two grids spread over two levels and an underlying metal form. This metal form represents the hearth of the grill surface.
The stove is very hard-wearing and robust, because it is made of a vibrating material and with very thick walls. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. This is supported by the dome shape of the chamber. As a result, the pizza oven is very economical and burns less wood for a consistent baking temperature.
