This pizza oven has a door and opening at the front which provide access to the hearth and baking surface. In the door is the hearth, which has a grid in the bottom. This grille offers two functions. On the one hand, it serves as an air supply and on the other hand, it is installed for the ash disposal. Under the grate is a drawer where the ash lands. This makes cleaning the fireplace a breeze.
The hearth is separated from the baking surface, but nevertheless the baked pizzas absorb the smoke of the wood giving it a smoky taste. Due to the dome shape the pizzas bake more evenly and take on a nice color. The baking surface rotates and the speed can be infinitely adjusted. Furthermore, it is possible to change the direction of rotation. Through the rotating baking surface is given a uniform baking and it can be used a short shovel. This can improve working conditions and increase productivity.
The stove is made of a refractory material. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance.
