The pizza ovens of the series "G" are operated with gas. Due to the dome shape the pizzas bake more evenly and take on a nice color. The baking surface is firmly mounted and is kept warm by a circulating air system, even during peak operation in the optimum baking temperature. The baking surface can also be kept at the optimum baking temperature by a gas burner. In addition, the circulating air system returns gas, thus saving energy. The temperature of the baking surface and the dome is controlled by a digital controller.
The stove is made of a refractory material. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. Furthermore, the chamber remains very heat resistant and is therefore very economical.
The power of the burner can be adjusted from 5 to 100 percent.
