The ovens of the "DC" series are designed for baking pizzas. The stove is very hard-wearing and robust, because it is made of a vibrating material and with very thick walls. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. This is supported by the dome shape of the chamber. As a result, the pizza oven is very economical and burns less wood for a consistent baking temperature.
The fireplace is located in the baking chamber and is not separated from the baking surface.
By using wood, the baked pizzas have a slightly woody flavor and are given a good color by the direct heat.
