The ovens of the "MIX" series are designed for baking pizzas. The rotatable bottom inside the dome-shaped chamber ensures uniform baking of the pizzas and increased productivity. In addition, better working conditions are achieved, as turning a shovel with a short handle can be used.
The speed of rotation is infinitely adjustable and the direction of rotation can be easily changed. The pizza oven can be operated either by gas or wood. For the use of the wood chamber, an extra gap is attached to the front and is separated from the dome. For easy cleaning provides the underlying ash container. The wooden chamber is provided with a grid on the bottom and serves as an air supply for a better burning process.
