The hybrid oven MIX120R is designed for baking pizzas. The rotatable bottom inside the dome-shaped chamber ensures uniform baking of the pizzas and increased productivity. It also creates better working conditions, as turning a short-handled shovel can be used.
The speed of rotation is infinitely adjustable and the direction of rotation can be easily changed. The pizza oven can be operated either by gas or wood. For the use of the wood chamber, an extra gap is attached to the front and is separated from the dome. Under the fireplace is a grid attached, which has two functions. On the one hand, the gap serves as an air supply and on the other hand, the ash falls through the grid, thus facilitating the cleaning.
The stove is made of refractory materials. This achieves extraordinary strength and wear resistance. Due to the high thickness of the baking chamber walls and the insulating materials used, the heat is accumulated and thus remains thermally stable. Furthermore, the chamber remains very heat resistant and is therefore very economical.
The power of the gas burner can be adjusted from 5 to 100 percent.
