The single chamber Compact ovens, are in stainless steel and stackable till 3 ovens; they have 1.6 in. adjustable feet, bottom refractory bricks of 20 mm with Activestone® heating (our patent), cooling fan, door with glass, side hole for steam exhaust and inner light. Mechanical models (M) have the temperature thermostat control; on the digital (D) electronic control, data display and end baking buzzer. Models D35/8 IR and D50/13 IR have top infrared heating element. Main feature of this product: pizza baking time roughly 3 minutes. Certification ETL for models 35/8, 50/13, 35/8 IR, 50/13 IR.
