They are manufactured with stainless steel front side, prepainted steel body and modular single or double-chamber, from 4 to 18 pizzas units. Chamber with 35 cm multiple. The thermostatic adjustment of the temperature on the top and bottom heaters, is independent, with a digital thermometer in the mechanical control units and with an electronic control card on the digital version. All ovens are provided with safety unipolar thermostat. The control panel, separated from the heating body of the oven, guarantees a perfect functionality, thanks to the reduced working temperature. The insulation with additional fibreglass and the top front side heating element reduce consistently heat dispersion. The cooling fan keeps cool and insulated the oven surrounding area. The baking chambers are realized in aluminised steel, with 15cm useful height and Activestone® 22 mm refractory bricks, certified for food use. Special version ovens have refractory bricks on the top too. The steel doors are with glass, counterweight balance and a-thermal handles. Except models 4 and 8 with one kit, each backing chamber is equipped with two light-kits and adjustable steam exhauster by a manual control knob.
