PASZTÕR 100
is the best mate when it comes to preparing ice-cream from milk, butter, vegetable fats, milk powder, cream, sugar and stabilizator. Cooking and re-cooling (cooling down) is executed in the same unit. The machine can also be used for storing milk or ice-cream base. Cleaning is very simple, no maintenance is needed. Pasteurising is adjustable between +65°C and +100°C degrees. The actual temperature is shown on the digital display. After finishing the programme the machine automatically switches over to fridge-storage mode.
Recommended temperature: +5°C degrees.
The minimal quantity for preparation: 10 litre.
After cooling-down we recommend to store the base-fluid for another 6-8 hours to gain a higher quality.
