The cooker can be used to cook and cool fluids with a maximal dry-content of 70%. Temperature can be set between +5°C and +100°C degrees. Mixing-regularity can be set by time-switch. Mixing-blades are replaceable the rpm can be set.
Use it for preparing cream, ice, creams, marmalades, sauces etc. When preparing cream using a homogenisator is necessary. Blades are made from POM (Polyoximethylen). Even the thickest creams flow easily through the high-diameter waste-pipe. The least quantity is 10 litre. Heating performance can be adjusted. When preparing marmelade cooking time can be extended.
