The ovens of the "D" series are designed for baking pizzas. The stove is very hard-wearing and robust, because it is made of a vibrating material and with very thick walls. The pizza oven is powered by wood and is very economical due to the dome shape and specially used multi-layer insulation layers, which are made of high quality materials, and keeps the heat in an optimal baking temperature. The fireplace is located inside the dome and is not separated from the baking surface.
By using wood, the baked pizzas take on a slightly woody note and get a good color from the direct heat.
